About This Role

The Office Administrator provides essential support to management by managing shipping and receiving, production data entry, travel arrangements, and procurement of office materials and supplies. This role ensures smooth administrative operations and facility support for visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare domestic and international shipments, ensuring traceability of incoming and outgoing packages
  • Collect and enter production data into AlplaProd system
  • Arrange travel, including airlines, hotels, shuttles, scheduling, and troubleshooting
  • Provide management support by preparing expense reports and project support
  • Procure office materials and supplies
  • Arrange food and facility accommodation for visitors
  • Oversee the appearance of offices and entire site

Requirements

  • Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good computer skills

Qualifications

  • Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • 2 years of experience
