FAR Inspections is seeking highly motivated individuals to perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as independent contractors. This role involves verifying property occupancy and reporting on the general condition of properties using a mobile application, primarily exterior inspections.
Responsibilities
- Verify property occupancy
- Report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application
- Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
- Take a minimum of 9 photos of the property with brief comments
- Complete a short form in an app
- Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in the assigned territory
Requirements
- Computer with an internet connection
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Printer
- Ability to pass a standard background check
Nice to Have
- Experience with mortgage field inspections
- Good gas mileage vehicle
