Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders with a flexible schedule, leveraging strong time management skills and a reliable vehicle. Report on property conditions using a mobile application, primarily for exterior inspections in an assigned county.
Responsibilities
- Complete inspections rapidly, with most taking 5-6 minutes
- Fulfill inspections within 4 days of assignment
- Report general property conditions and determine occupancy status based on industry standards
- Take 9+ photos of properties with brief comments
- Complete a short form within a mobile application
- Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in an assigned territory
Requirements
- Computer with an internet connection
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Printer
- Ability to pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required, but ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines is crucial.
Nice to Have
- Good gas mileage for vehicle
