Mortgage Field Services Inspector

About This Role

Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders with a flexible schedule, leveraging strong time management skills and a reliable vehicle. Report on property conditions using a mobile application, primarily for exterior inspections in an assigned county.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections rapidly, with most taking 5-6 minutes
• Fulfill inspections within 4 days of assignment
• Report general property conditions and determine occupancy status based on industry standards
• Take 9+ photos of properties with brief comments
• Complete a short form within a mobile application
• Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in an assigned territory

Requirements

• Computer with an internet connection
• Reliable vehicle
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
• Printer
• Ability to pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required, but ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines is crucial.
