Perform residential property occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor, documenting the property's condition and occupancy status.
Responsibilities
- Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
- Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards
- Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
- Complete a short form in a mobile application
- Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in an assigned territory
Requirements
- Computer with an internet connection
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Printer
- Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
