About This Role

Perform residential property occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor, documenting the property's condition and occupancy status.

Responsibilities

Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
Complete a short form in a mobile application
Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in an assigned territory

Requirements

Computer with an internet connection
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Printer
Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
