Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor, enjoying a flexible schedule and predictable income. Report on property conditions using a mobile application and ensure timely completion of inspections.
Responsibilities
- Complete mortgage field inspections in assigned county/territory
- Verify property occupancy
- Report on the general condition of properties using a mobile application
- Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
- Complete a short form in an app
- Spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops
Requirements
- Computer with an internet connection
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Printer
- Ability to pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required
