About This Role

Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor, enjoying a flexible schedule and predictable income. Report on property conditions using a mobile application and ensure timely completion of inspections.

Responsibilities

Complete mortgage field inspections in assigned county/territory
Verify property occupancy
Report on the general condition of properties using a mobile application
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
Complete a short form in an app
Spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops

Requirements

Computer with an internet connection
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Printer
Ability to pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license

Qualifications

Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required
