About This Role

Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor, documenting property conditions and occupancy status using a mobile application.

Responsibilities

Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
Complete a short form in a mobile application
Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in the assigned territory
Be responsible for completing all inspections in your assigned county

Requirements

Computer with internet connection
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Printer
Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license

Qualifications

Experience with mortgage field inspections is not required

Nice to Have

Vehicle with good gas mileage
