Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor. This role involves using a mobile application to report on property conditions and determine occupancy, offering predictable income and a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
- Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards
- Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
- Complete a short form in a mobile application
- Spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops in the assigned territory
- Responsible to complete all inspections in the assigned county
Requirements
- Computer with an internet connection
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Printer
- Ability to pass a standard background check
