About This Role

Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor. This role involves using a mobile application to report on property conditions and determine occupancy, offering predictable income and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
Complete a short form in a mobile application
Spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops in the assigned territory
Responsible to complete all inspections in the assigned county

Requirements

Computer with an internet connection
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Printer
Ability to pass a standard background check

Nice to Have

Vehicle with good gas mileage
