About This Role

Perform residential occupancy verifications for mortgage lenders as an independent contractor, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines. This role offers predictable income and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment
Report general property conditions and determine occupancy based on industry standards
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments
Complete a short form using a mobile application
Spend extended periods driving and making numerous stops in assigned territory

Requirements

Computer with internet connection
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
Printer
Ability to pass a standard background check

Nice to Have

Good gas mileage on vehicle
