Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service

About This Role

This role involves executing retail merchandising programs by performing resets and remodels, implementing plan-o-grams, and ensuring proper product placement. The Merchandiser will collaborate with store personnel to achieve merchandising excellence and report observations to management.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow plan-o-grams to accurately complete reset and remodel projects
• Move and clean shelves, install racks and fixtures, and display merchandise properly
• Place shelf strips and tags correctly, check date codes and plan-o-gram integrity
• Process pack-outs, restocks, and reorders
• Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence
• Report observations and issues to the Mandate Senior Area Manager or Mandate Area Manager
• Utilize web-based applications to manage work schedules, accept assignments, and record time
• Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned work accurately and efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and alert management to unsafe acts or conditions

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple store locations
• Minimum 1-year experience reading and using plan-o-grams
• Access to a computer with internet, email, and printing capabilities
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and handheld devices
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Ability or willingness to operate basic hand tools and equipment (hammer, screwdriver, drill, case cutter)
• Able to safely climb and stand on a step stool or ladder

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience reading and using plan-o-grams; retail and reset experience preferred.
