Merchandise Specialist

About This Role

Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for guests at Live Nation venues. Fulfill orders accurately and quickly, acting as a brand ambassador for Live Nation and its partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans
• Fulfill guest orders in a timely fashion, ensuring correct items and sizes
• Accurately complete sales transactions using Live Nation’s sales system
• Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, local sponsors, and the venue
• Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures
• Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly
• Support successful sales operations at each event
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Perform physical duties as required, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise
• Take direction from the venue’s Merchandise Manager

Requirements

• Detail-oriented
• Quick thinking and able to respond to guest requests
• Guest-oriented

• Ability to interact with guests politely
• Self-starter
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available for entire concert day (shifts up to 15 hours with breaks)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to a 50 pound box
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in potential extreme temperatures
• Working understanding of touch-screen based systems
• Must be of legal working age in the state

Qualifications

• Entry level, guest service positions desirable but prior experience less important than attitude and interpersonal skills.
