About This Role

This role involves ensuring the proper maintenance and organization of the retail area, providing exceptional member service at exit areas and self-checkout stations, and assisting with member purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies and procedures, handling returns and organizing merchandise.
  • Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, and assisting with purchasing decisions and merchandise location.
  • Provide member service by maintaining self-checkout areas, resolving issues, promoting products, and assisting with transactions.
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
  • Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology, and program rollouts.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers and co-workers, identifying priorities, and adapting to change.

Nice to Have

  • Retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
  • Working with mobile retail applications
