Personal Shopper

About This Role

This role primarily focuses on providing excellent Member service, developing Membership by promoting benefits, and accurately fulfilling Click n Pull orders. The Personal Shopper will also maintain facility safety and comply with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits
• Promote the value of Company products and services
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts
• Participate in sales and marketing events
• Make efforts to meet Membership goals
• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards and procedures
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately
• Scan, wrap, and palletize items ensuring order accuracy
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs
• Provide Member service by identifying needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
