Carwash/Gas Attendant

About This Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer and member service at a car wash/gas station, including communicating membership benefits, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues. You will be responsible for maintaining the area, stocking merchandise, and operating equipment like cash registers, all while ensuring a safe shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to encourage renewals and promote products
• Provide customer/member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
• Maintain the car wash/gas station area by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate pricing signage
• Maintain the Gas Station/Car Wash area in accordance with Company policies and procedures, including handling claims, zoning, and organizing merchandise
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, and organize facilities following company procedures
• Operate equipment such as cash registers to process customer purchases using appropriate payment procedures
• Operate and maintain Gas Station/Car Wash area equipment and provide products and services to Customers
