About This Role

Serve Sam's Club members by fulfilling orders, maintaining facility safety, and promoting membership benefits. This role involves direct customer interaction and ensuring order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits and processing upgrades
• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, and palletizing items
• Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices and secure items until Members arrive
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
