Manufacturing Engineer

About This Role

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to support production goals within the automotive industry. This role involves analyzing workflow, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to support production goals.
• Analyze workflow, equipment performance, and production data to identify process improvements and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and process changes.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues or quality concerns.
• Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with tooling design, equipment selection, and layout improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Ensure processes meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering within the automotive industry.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
