Manufacturing Engineer

About This Role

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for maintaining high quality levels in functional areas, providing training, and supporting product marketing, manufacturing, and sales. This role requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering within switchgear assembly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of quality in assigned areas of functional responsibility
• Provide training, instruction, and production-related guidance to employees
• Effectively address and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity
• Maintain current knowledge/expertise of product engineering technologies, competitor capabilities, practices, market conditions, and channels
• Provide engineering functions in support of product marketing, manufacturing, and sales

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of design/manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly
• Familiarity with POM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Office 365, AutoCAD, Teams, AS400

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution
• At least 3 years of design/manufacturing experience in switchgear assembly.
