Lead technology operations and drive digital enablement for a manufacturing division, focusing on ERP modernization, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure reliability, performance, and security of IT systems across multiple sites while fostering operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools (Power BI) and drive AI/ML applications for manufacturing, operations, and business intelligence
- Lead ERP upgrades and process automation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure user adoption
- Deploy digital manufacturing tools (MES, IoT, automation systems) and create a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with global growth
- Oversee global IT systems, networks, servers, cloud environments, and end-user devices, managing daily operations, service desk functions, and vendor relationships
- Implement corporate cybersecurity frameworks and controls, conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards
- Build and lead an IT team supporting multiple sites, managing vendor contracts, licensing, procurement, and IT budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in IT leadership
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a global or multi-site environment
- Proven success with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Epicor, QAD, Macola, etc.)
- Hands-on with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Ability to build dashboards and reports
- Must come from manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years in IT leadership covering ERP, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, and oversight of Infrastructure

- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or automation tools
