Manager, IAM

About This Role

Lead an Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, working with senior leadership to ensure compliance, confidentiality, and a seamless user experience. Guide a team of security professionals to protect the organization and enhance partner relationships through integrated IAM processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise on IAM disciplines including identity governance and administration, Access Management, and identity verification
• Report on management status, including accomplishments and upcoming plans, to ensure all milestones are met
• Own the lifecycle management of all IAM technologies and their infrastructure
• Align IAM processes organization-wide and develop standards for effective use
• Lead the evaluation and selection of IAM technologies and tools
• Facilitate understanding of IAM systems among business users
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with business partners
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement with business partners
• Stay updated on current IAM threats and industry solutions
• Conduct proactive research on security weaknesses and recommend solutions
