Maintenance Engineer

About This Role

This role involves maintaining, operating, and repairing critical building and utilities equipment, including high pressure boilers, building management systems, and medical gas systems. The position ensures the proper and safe functioning of these systems within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, inspect, and repair building and utilities equipment, including high pressure boilers, building management systems, medical gas systems, and related equipment
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and systems
• Keep all areas of the Utility Plant clean and orderly
• Report condition status of the Utility Plant and related equipment
• Perform preventative and general maintenance
• Monitor and recommend materials for common shop supplies
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and appropriate environment of care by ensuring utilities, medical gases, and other services are available

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
