Senior IT&S Project Manager

About This Role

This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating multiple IT projects within the organization, focusing on scope management, issue resolution, and status reporting. The Project Manager will also ensure projects adhere to timelines and standardized methodologies, serving as a liaison to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key project artifacts including project charter, budget, project plan, technical design, test plan, activation plan and go/no-go readiness assessment documents
• Manage project scope, issues and risks
• Conduct weekly status meetings and distribute weekly status reports
• Maintain ATP to ensure leadership reporting is accurate
• Provide regular updates to program leadership
• Provide knowledge transfer to service line this application is transferring to
• Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple projects and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met
• Develop project initiation process by defining project scope, determining action items, assigning ownership, creating project timetables, and tracking execution and workflow
• Evaluate, plan, and monitor project implementation for clinical systems; manage project and project delivery teams, ensuring deadlines are met
• Develop interdisciplinary project teams in coordination with clinical user community to ensure deployment of systems; serve as liaison to project sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with clinical, financial and quality teams to define and develop metric goals
• Assist with planning monitoring criteria and methodology; ensure availability of performance measurement data for review and analysis

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management for Information Technology projects
• Experience in assigned technical area

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• 5-7 years of project management for Information Technology projects

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Oracle/PeopleSoft
• Experience working on integrations/VR
• Experience with finance supply chain
• Epic experience
