Maintenance Engineer

About This Role

This hands-on Maintenance Engineer will improve equipment reliability and implement structured preventive maintenance in a growing industrial manufacturing facility. The role involves planning, optimizing spare parts, utilizing CMMS, and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured preventive maintenance plan
• Optimize spare parts inventory and ensure critical component availability
• Introduce and manage digital maintenance tools (CMMS) aligned with group standards
• Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate plant revamping projects and support new technical investments
• Facilitate training and development of maintenance staff

Requirements

• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and CMMS systems
• Strong familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance
• Ability to communicate technical information cross functionally
• Able to work safely around heavy machinery and in a plant environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, or Masters, in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related field
• 4-10 years maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
