This hands-on Maintenance Engineer will improve equipment reliability and implement structured preventive maintenance in a growing industrial manufacturing facility. The role involves planning, optimizing spare parts, utilizing CMMS, and collaborating across departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured preventive maintenance plan
- Optimize spare parts inventory and ensure critical component availability
- Introduce and manage digital maintenance tools (CMMS) aligned with group standards
- Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate plant revamping projects and support new technical investments
- Facilitate training and development of maintenance staff
Requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation
- Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and CMMS systems
- Strong familiarity with preventive/predictive maintenance
- Ability to communicate technical information cross functionally
- Able to work safely around heavy machinery and in a plant environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, or Masters, in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related field
- 4-10 years maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
