About This Role

Operate and maintain basic food processing machines to produce intermediate food products for a leading provider of fresh refrigerated foods. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ensuring product quality and conformity.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products
• Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings
• Observe machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines
• Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications
• Clean and sanitize machines according to company guidelines and machine specs
• Ensure product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Follow company safety guidelines, HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Team player required to work closely and collaborate with others

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery is preferred. Food industry experience is preferred.
