Operate basic food processing machines to produce intermediate food products while ensuring quality, adhering to company guidelines for cleanliness and safety, and maintaining a sanitary work area.
Responsibilities
- Operate basic machines to combine raw and processed ingredients into intermediate food products
- Observe machine operation to ensure quality and conformity to company guidelines
- Clean and sanitize machines according to company guidelines
- Ensure product date, weight, and temperatures are within established guidelines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow company safety guidelines, HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and be understood
Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery is preferred. Food industry experience is preferred.
