This role involves supporting civil litigation cases from intake through resolution, maintaining organized case files, and communicating effectively with clients, courts, and counsel. You will draft legal documents and manage case deadlines in a structured, team-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support civil litigation cases from intake through resolution
- Maintain organized case files and follow established workflows
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and litigation correspondence
- Track and manage case deadlines, filings, and key litigation dates
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree
- Prior litigation paralegal experience and certification preferred
