This role will provide transactional tax support for Real Estate and Private Equity deals for a global asset manager. The individual will collaborate with the SVP of Taxation on strategies and manage cross-border transactions and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide transactional tax support for all Real Estate & Private Equity deals
- Collaborate closely with the SVP of Taxation on all strategies that help expand the business
- Manage cross-border transactions and operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, and business operations on tax transactions
Requirements
- JD from a top tier Law school
- 5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house within a corporate or investment management tax department
- Experience with Private Equity Funds or other fund types
Qualifications
- JD from a top tier Law school
- 5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house within a corporate or investment management tax department.
Nice to Have
- Experience with M&A Tax & REITS
