About This Role

This Litigation Paralegal role involves providing comprehensive legal support to attorneys in a business litigation practice, focusing on document/discovery management and drafting legal pleadings. The position requires a highly organized individual capable of managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines to ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal filings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage documents and discovery throughout all phases of litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
  • Provide trial and hearing preparation, support, and attendance as required
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal filings, including identifying all necessary related parties
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Respond efficiently to rush requests and shifting priorities
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support litigation strategy and workflow improvements
  • Maintain professional communication with attorneys, clients, and court personnel
  • Adhere to core working hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Maintain punctual, consistent physical attendance in the office

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of business litigation experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage high-volume workloads
  • Solid understanding of legal terminology and litigation procedures
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to think creatively, implement best practices, and adapt to evolving workflows

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of business litigation experience
