Join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation law firm in Philadelphia, supporting attorneys in complex commercial litigation from case inception through trial and appeal, working on sophisticated antitrust, class action, and high-stakes commercial matters nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting, cite-checking, and proofreading pleadings and briefs
- Prepare and manage exhibits and appendices
- Perform electronic filing in federal courts and via PACER
- Organize, analyze, and summarize case materials
- Conduct factual research and manage case files
- Support all phases of discovery, including document review and production
- Draft and assist with written discovery and subpoenas
- Summarize deposition transcripts and key discovery materials
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation
- Track time internally by matter
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong background in complex commercial litigation
- Experience with cite-checking and Bluebooking
- Federal court e-filing and PACER proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in antitrust or class action litigation
