Litigation Paralegal

About This Role

Join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation law firm in Philadelphia, supporting attorneys in complex commercial litigation from case inception through trial and appeal, working on sophisticated antitrust, class action, and high-stakes commercial matters nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, cite-checking, and proofreading pleadings and briefs
• Prepare and manage exhibits and appendices
• Perform electronic filing in federal courts and via PACER
• Organize, analyze, and summarize case materials
• Conduct factual research and manage case files
• Support all phases of discovery, including document review and production
• Draft and assist with written discovery and subpoenas
• Summarize deposition transcripts and key discovery materials
• Assist with deposition and trial preparation
• Track time internally by matter

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong background in complex commercial litigation
• Experience with cite-checking and Bluebooking
• Federal court e-filing and PACER proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in antitrust or class action litigation
