Litigation Paralegal

About This Role

This Litigation Paralegal role involves working independently to draft legal documents, manage court deadlines, assist attorneys during trials, and communicate with clients and expert witnesses to support injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, discovery, and other court documents
• Meet court deadlines
• Organize medical records and exhibits
• Communicate with clients and expert witnesses
• Assist in depositions and witness preparation
• Prepare and handle all exhibits for trial
• Act as an assistant to the attorney during court proceedings
• Close out case documents after trial

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Capable of drafting complaints, discovery, and other court documents
• Capability to meet court deadlines
• Ability to organize medical records and exhibits
• Communication skills with clients and expert witnesses

Qualifications

• Experience not required but strongly preferred
