About This Role

This role involves creating engaging learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children as a Lead Teacher. The position focuses on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and building strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences
• Mentor fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child
• Support the center's success

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
