About This Role

Lead a classroom of preschool children by developing engaging learning experiences, managing the classroom, and building strong relationships with families, while mentoring fellow teachers.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences
• Mentor fellow teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• At least 18 years old
