About This Role

Join a strong community to care for children and families, working as an Assistant Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners.

Responsibilities

Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child
Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
Effectively communicate with families
Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics

Requirements

Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
Passion for working with children
