About This Role

As a Lead Teacher, you will develop interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and promote the growth of preschool children. You will manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and build relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences
• Mentor fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom
• Experience creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• At least 18 years old
