Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children
• Effectively communicate with families
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• Energetic, dependable individual with a passion for working with children

Qualifications

• Entry level with a passion for working with children
