Center Director

About This Role

This role is responsible for overseeing all school operations, including staff management, curriculum implementation, and ensuring a safe and educational environment for children. The Director promotes growth in children and maintains communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans
• Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, coaching and communicating standards to teachers
• Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards
• Ensure an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents
• Promote the positive image of the company and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff
• Help achieve profitability for the company

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements
• At least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 2+ years of Center Director experience in a licensed center

• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements
