About This Role

This Lead Teacher role involves creating interactive learning experiences, promoting the growth of preschool children, and managing the classroom curriculum and licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Act as an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success

Requirements

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• Must be at least 18 years old
