Lead Teacher

About This Role

Lead Teacher will develop and implement interactive learning experiences for preschool children, manage classroom operations, and build relationships with families to support child achievement and center success.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation
• Ensure adherence to all licensing guidelines and company standards
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement
• Support your center’s success

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
