This role is for a Principal HR Business Partner who will lead and facilitate HR services across the organization, providing expert counsel to leadership on people management to drive business objectives. The position aims to scale the HR function for a rapidly growing company, focusing on development and engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on organizational development and employee engagement
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs to address business needs
- Lead talent management and development plans for the revenue team, focusing on leadership quality and workforce capabilities
- Develop a global workforce plan and human capital strategies to align with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, identifying trends and recommending solutions for performance improvement
- Guide managers in resolving complex HR issues, including performance management
- Partner with various teams to communicate HR policies and ensure compliance
- Support managers in executing core HR programs and identifying opportunities for efficiency
- Drive employee relations issues to resolution, conducting necessary investigations
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a HRBP role
- Proven experience supporting VP+ level executives
- Background in supporting post-sale revenue teams or G&A teams
- Experience in various HR functions and programs
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills for people leaders
- Proven track record in managing performance and employee relations issues
- Experience in a fast-paced global software development environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement
- Comfortable in a dynamic and changing work environment
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a HRBP role, supporting VP+ level executives and post-sale revenue or G&A teams
