LATAM Trainer

About This Role

The LATAM Trainer will lead onboarding sessions, provide feedback, and collaborate with the L&D team to enhance training for new Vivans, equipping them with the skills to succeed as Executive Assistants and Recruiting Coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training & Coaching by facilitating sessions, role plays, simulations, feedback loops, and 1:1 coaching to help new talent ramp with confidence.
• Develop & Improve Learning Materials, including curricula, resources, exercises, rubrics, playbooks, and documentation.
• Operate and Drive the Training Process by identifying gaps, flagging risks, and providing insights to enhance readiness and quality.
• Partner Cross-Functionally with CSMs and Talent Acquisition on readiness updates, staffing decisions, and performance insights.
• Use AI & Training Tools Smartly to leverage AI, automations, and LMS tools to accelerate feedback, streamline workflows, and scale training impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, L&D, education, or instructional design.
• C2 English proficiency (spoken + written).
• Experience using AI + automation tools for training/feedback (GPTs, automations, Zapier, etc.).
• LMS knowledge.

Qualifications
