LATAM Trainer

About This Role

This role involves leading onboarding sessions, providing feedback, and enhancing training methods for new Executive Assistants and Recruiting Coordinators. The Trainer will equip new hires with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in their roles, working closely with the L&D team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Training & Coaching sessions, role plays, simulations, feedback loops, and 1:1 coaching to help new talent ramp with confidence
• Develop and improve learning materials, including curricula, resources, exercises, rubrics, playbooks, and documentation
• Operate and drive the training process by identifying gaps, flagging risks, and surfacing insights to improve readiness, quality, and the overall training journey
• Partner cross-functionally with CSMs and Talent Acquisition on readiness updates, staffing decisions, and performance insights
• Leverage AI, automations, and LMS tools to accelerate feedback, streamline workflows, and scale training impact

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, L&D, education, or instructional design
• C2 English proficiency (spoken + written)
• Experience using AI + automation tools for training/feedback (GPTs, automations, Zapier, etc.)
• LMS knowledge
