About This Role

This role is for a Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant who will partner with leaders of fast-growing startups in the U.S. and Canada to provide administrative and operational support, ensuring they stay organized and focused on business growth. This is a proactive role involving strategic partnership and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, expenses, and team engagement
  • Offer operational support by improving workflows, analyzing data, building reports, documenting processes, and taking on special projects
  • Act as a strategic partner, thinking ahead, solving problems, and helping executives make smarter decisions
  • Initiate tasks and proactively identify ways to help executives achieve their goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of general work experience
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • At least one of the last three jobs shows a 2+ year tenure
  • Tech-Savvy with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other productivity tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and highly organized
  • Confident & Bold

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of general work experience, with at least one job showing 2+ year tenure
