Bilingual Trainer

About This Role

Viva Talent is seeking a Trainer to help new hires ('Vivans') develop the skills and confidence needed to excel as Executive Assistants and Recruiting Coordinators. This role involves leading onboarding sessions, providing feedback, and collaborating with the L&D team to enhance training methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and coaching sessions, including role plays, simulations, feedback loops, and 1:1 coaching, to help new talent ramp up effectively
• Develop, update, and simplify curricula, resources, exercises, rubrics, playbooks, and documentation for learning materials
• Operate and drive the training process by identifying gaps, flagging risks, and surfacing insights to improve readiness, quality, and the overall training journey
• Partner cross-functionally with CSMs and Talent Acquisition on readiness updates, staffing decisions, and performance insights
• Leverage AI, automations, and LMS tools to accelerate feedback, streamline workflows, and scale training impact

Requirements

• C2 English proficiency (spoken + written)
• Experience using AI + automation tools for training/feedback (GPTs, automations, Zapier, etc.)
• LMS knowledge

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, L&D, education, or instructional design
