About This Role

Lead and inspire a restaurant team, driving positive sales growth and maintaining high standards for food safety and customer experience. This role requires managing operations, staffing, and costs while fostering a fun and community-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits
  • Drive positive sales growth
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by establishing, following and enforcing all company, federal and state food-safety, sanitation standards and procedures
  • Achieve optimal performance from staff by communicating job expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies & procedures
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
  • Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience
  • Steady, stable employment track record
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly demeanor & attitude; Customer/Guest Service Focused
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

  • At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere. Steady, stable employment track record.
