Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding leadership to the team
• Inspire, coach, train, and counsel staff
• Create a profitable environment and deliver exceptional guest experience
• Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits
• Drive positive sales growth
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing food-safety and sanitation standards
• Achieve optimal performance from staff by communicating job expectations, training, and scheduling
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
• Recruit, select, and train quality individuals

Requirements

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience
• Steady, stable employment track record
• Minimum of 2 professional references
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, friendly demeanor & attitude; Customer/Guest Service Focused
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere; 2 years of full-service restaurant experience preferred
