About This Role

Lead and inspire a team at Fricker's, a community-oriented restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires a passionate individual dedicated to team development and creating a profitable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding leadership to the team, inspiring, coaching, training, and counseling staff
  • Create a profitable environment by maintaining cost control and driving sales growth
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience, especially to neighborhood regulars
  • Execute Fricker's unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing food-safety, sanitation standards, and procedures
  • Achieve optimal staff performance through communication, scheduling, and enforcing policies
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies
  • Recruit, select, and train quality individuals to accomplish staffing objectives

Requirements

  • At least two years of recent restaurant management experience
  • Steady, stable employment track record
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly demeanor and customer/guest service focus
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere, with a steady, stable employment track record
