About This Role

The Bar Manager will execute Fricker's brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits, driving sales growth and ensuring a safe environment. This role involves recruiting, training, and coaching staff while controlling costs and maintaining strong community relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Fricker's unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
  • Drive positive sales growth.
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by establishing, following, and enforcing all company, federal, and state food-safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Achieve optimal performance from staff by communicating job expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
  • Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent restaurant management experience
  • Steady, stable employment track record
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, friendly demeanor and attitude
  • Customer/Guest Service Focused
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere.
