Manage key accounts and drive pump sales in the Southwest U.S., developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will involve significant travel and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow accounts and meet revenue goals
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, and consultants
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and support contract review
- Attend trade shows and customer meetings
- Support project coordination for pump installations and after-sales activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and documentation for management
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in sales or account management (industrial or technical products)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with travel and remote work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
