Join Sunbit's fast-growing Auto vertical as a Key Account Manager, partnering with automotive dealership service centers to maximize adoption, performance, and customer value of Sunbit's Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solution. This role focuses on expanding usage, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent month-over-month growth in Sunbit utilization within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key auto dealership service centers to drive growth in Sunbit utilization across service-lane adoption, customer conversion, and revenue performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Fixed Ops leaders (Service Managers, Directors, Advisors, and BDC teams)
- Analyze performance and revenue data to identify usage trends, adoption gaps, advisor performance, and areas for targeted coaching or improvement
- Set monthly goals with dealership leadership and service advisors, aligning on Sunbit usage expectations, customer presentation standards, and key service-department performance metrics
- Deliver clear, data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) highlighting performance, ROI, adoption trends, and recommended action steps
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers to execute growth strategies, support on-site engagement, and ensure consistent account performance
- Track and document all account activity in the CRM, including visits, trainings, advisor engagement, escalations, and performance metrics
- Provide actionable feedback to Sunbit internal teams on partner needs, operational challenges, competitive insights, and Fixed Ops trends
- Support service-center teams with ongoing training and coaching to ensure advisors confidently present Sunbit and follow best practices consistently
Requirements
- 4+ years of field sales or account management experience, ideally with automotive dealerships or Fixed Ops environments
- Proven ability to coach teams and implement processes for scaling technology solutions
- Strong business and financial analysis skills to assess performance, identify opportunities, and execute data-driven action plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present confidently to service-center leadership
- High proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Solid project-management capabilities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive with a willingness to drive results in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and ability to manage a large, multi-location account portfolio independently
- Willingness to travel extensively
