Investor Relations Associate

About This Role

Support the Investor Relations and Business Development team at an established investment firm, managing investor requests, producing marketing materials, and coordinating client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support investor requests including RFPs/DDQs
• Help produce and customize marketing and client-facing materials
• Assist with quarterly reporting and ongoing client communications
• Manage and track investor data requests and internal databases
• Coordinate across teams to ensure accurate, timely client deliverables

Requirements

• 2-5 years in Investor Relations, Client Services, or a similar role within asset management or investment management
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with financial data and client materials
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative
• Experience with RFP databases, CRM tools, and presentation software used in institutional asset management environments

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Investor Relations, Client Services, or a similar role within asset management or investment management
