The position involves collaborating with project teams to create compelling narratives and participating in strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and communications efforts for an architecture and design firm
• Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign
• Collaborate with project teams to craft compelling narratives and scopes of work
• Maintain and update project databases and marketing materials
• Utilize graphic design skills to enhance marketing deliverables
• Participate in strategic marketing initiatives to support business development
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials under tight deadlines
• Coordinate award submissions and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility
• Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing marketing content
• Collaborate with partners and staff to align marketing efforts with organizational goals
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and A/E/C industry terminology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills
• Positive, collaborative attitude
• Ability to work effectively with teams
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture or design industries.
