Support investor relationship management and transaction execution for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments, assisting senior team members with compiling materials, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating tasks across internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Support Analysts and senior team members in managing investor relationships and respond to routine inquiries
- Monitor and accurately track deal flow in a fast-paced front-office environment
- Assemble investment materials (financial projections, market analysis, sponsor financials) for investor review
- Support diligence and closing checklists
- Maintain pipeline accuracy; update Salesforce and internal systems to ensure data integrity
- Prepare meeting materials for investor pipeline calls; track timelines and deliverables
- Build knowledge of LIHTC underwriting standards, real estate due diligence, and investor-specific criteria
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or related field
- 1+ years of experience with LIHTC transactions
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate complex activities and prioritize conflicting demands
- Ability to manage and maintain large quantities of documents
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or related field. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience with LIHTC transactions.
